As anyone who follows this blog knows, I have represented hundreds of clients successfully in obtaining their driving privileges in Illinois after they have been revoked for a driving under the influence of alcohol charge. Many people think that the process is extremely difficult so I recently posted a blog that showed how simple the process can be.
The first step is to actually take the plunge. If you have been revoked due to a driving under the influence of alcohol conviction by the Illinois Secretary of State, you have probably heard the rumors of how difficult it is to clear your license or to even obtain a restricted driving permit. This is not true. After performing hundreds of these hearings, I cannot think of a single client who was legally eligible to obtain driving privileges that I did not successfully resolve his case.
