The Secretary of State has been shut down since March 17, 2020, due to COVID. We have only received one result from any hearings we held to get peoples licenses reinstated since January 1 of this year! However, there may be some light at the end of the tunnel.
We just had a client who had a hearing the second week of January 2020 who just got her license reinstatement granted. This was 45 days past the longest time we have ever seen for a license reinstatement result. But at least we finally have some news. Very happy for her.

The Secretary of State has announced that many facilities will be reopening on June 2, 2020, for limited purposes and at that time we will start posting to let you know when the formal hearings and informal hearings will begin again.
If you have any questions about getting your license cleared up after being revoked for a DUI conviction or reckless homicide, contact us at anytime.
