As a license reinstatement lawyer in Illinois I was in court today and just remembered what is the best way to help a client with his suspension or revocation in Illinois. That is to prevent a license from being suspended or revoked in the fist place. If you can beat a DUI or you can beat a traffic ticket you should try as the best way to do it is to attack it upfront and prevent the suspension or revocation from ever happening. Today in court I was able to prevent a man from getting suspended because I was able to have one of his matters dismissed. This means the Secretary of State will not suspend or revoke his license and he should be clear to drive without ever having to proceed to a formal or informal administrative hearing. Saves the client a lot of money as well.
