Suspended by Secretary of State Fraud Department

Have you recently received a letter from the Illinois Secretary of State fraud department indicating that your driver's license is suspended due to you using a fake name or identity several years ago?  Did the letter state that you need to meet with the Illinois Secretary of State Police Department to discuss your identity and suspension?  Do not be afraid.
