Some people ask if there is an advantage in performing their informal hearing at one location over a different location. What I have found is that while each different hearing location from Lombard to Schaumburg to Joliet to Naperville all have different hearing officers, the officers all have different techniques for asking the questions the client will face. But once you get to know those techniques, you understand the process and can prepare your client for a better hearing. It really is a question of knowledge and comfort rather than one location being “easier” than another.
