It is been a while since I've posted anything regarding license reinstatement in Illinois. This is because over the past month I have revamped my office to improve customer service and to ensure even higher quality and a higher success rate in getting my clients reinstated on the first try.
As I tell anyone who calls me who is interested in reinstating their Illinois license, the key to a successful hearing is preparation preparation preparation. If you know the questions that you're going to be asked and you know the answers to those questions, the likelihood of you being granted a restricted permit or for reinstatement on the first try is probably more than 97%. To that end, I have updated and redone my preparatory worksheet for my clients so that it is easier and more concise for them to memorize and us will lead to more successful hearings. I have already taken two clients to a formal hearing with the Illinois Secretary of State using the new system and I am proud to say that our hard work over the past month resulted in two of the easiest and low stress hearings I have ever witnessed.
The reason I did this is to improve the success rate of my license reinstatement hearings and to make it easier on my clients to obtain a successful result with the formal hearing.
If you are looking to clear up your license in Illinois after being revoked due to a driving under the influence of alcohol charge or if you need a hearing to obtain a restricted driving permit, feel free to contact license reinstatement lawyer John Callahan at any time and he will gladly discuss your case with you.
