Many clients think that you get the results of the license reinstatement hearing the day of the hearing. Not correct.

Here is a general guideline for the time it takes to get your answer from the Illinois Secretary of State…

Formal hearings in Joliet – 4 – 6 weeks.
Informal hearings – 5 – 8 weeks.
