More than 95% of my clients retain my office to represent them again at the final hearing for full reinstatement. Typically, the full reinstatement hearing is shorter and easier for the client due to the fact that, often, much of the testimony can be offered into evidence through use of stipulation (agreement). I still prepare my clients as if they are proceeding for their first hearing just in case any random questions are asked. I tell my clients that it is better to be prepared and not be asked any difficult questions than to not be prepared and be asked throne hard question that can lead to denial if answered incorrectly.

You saved us from the unthinkable, you touched me with your empathy and kindness. We want to thank you for all of the help, guidance, and patience you have shown us. You have helped us through what has been not only the most difficult time in our lives, but the lowest point also. Without you we would never have gotten through this.
