Another Successful License Reinstatement!

This is the most recent success of a full reinstatement where our client came to us with two DUIs; one in the past five years and one within the past 15 years.  One of the DUIs occurred in Kentucky and the other in Illinois.  The bottom line is after preparing our client and making sure all of his documents were in place, we took him into a hearing as a significant risk classification and when the client testified credibly as to his drinking patterns, as well as his lifestyle changes and admitting to the mistakes he had made, he was able to get fully cleared up on the first try so that Illinois will then lift the hold on his license and he will be able to get a brand new driver's license outside of Illinois with no restrictions whatsoever in the State that he lives in.
