2 DUI Arrests – Afraid to Apply but Granted on First Try
This client had been arrest two times way back in the 1980's. He tried to get his license back around the mid 1990s after being revoked by the Illinois Secretary of State for his DUI conviction. He came to our office and we researched all of his old DUI data. We then referred him to one of the best alcohol evaluators in the State of Illinois.
Once we obtained the updated evaluation for our client, we then began creating a license reinstatement worksheet for him to memorize. It took about two months for this person to understand how the hearing would proceed, but once we had the hearing he was granted a restricted driving permit on the first try.
